Shipping - Get items shipped to all 50 states with most orders shipped
within 48 hours. UPS Ground shipping is our preferred method of shipping and
shipping cost will depend on weight of the order. Typical time to arrive to you
is 2-6 Business days after the order is processed. Tracking information is
provided to you once the order is shipped.
Rewards- When you make an online purchase you will automatically be
enrolled in our new New Rewards Program. With our rewards program you earn

every dollar spent. For every 50 points you earn, you get a $1.00 credit. There
are no records to keep or invoices to save. They will keep track of your points

Prescription Drugs - They only fill and ship prescriptions to persons
living in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Virginia. Hock's Vandalia Pharmacy is
licensed by the Board's of Pharmacy in the States of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and
Virginia to provide prescriptions to Residents of those states. They do not fill
any prescriptions for controlled substances by mail.
Privacy - Their e-mail policy when you join or their mailing list or
provide you e-mail address to them for any reason, they never be sold or rented
to anyone. It will be used exclusively by them to contact you with specials or
questions regarding your order. They also want to assure you that you will
receive promotional e-mails only when they truly have something special to
offer. They are very sensitive to spamming their customers.
Returns - Your satisfaction is their primary goal. You may return any
item shipped by Hocks.com for a full credit or refund for up to 30 days from the
date of delivery. The Item should be in new condition with original packaging.
We're sorry, but they do not accept returns of opened items. Items returned in
new condition with original packaging more than 30 days after delivery will be
charged a 15% re-stocking fee regardless of reason for return. If you open or
use the product then they cannot take the product back for credit. You should
contact the product manufacturer directly.
Order cancellations - If you need to cancel an order, please call their
customer service department toll-free or e-mail them. If the order has not yet
been shipped, you will be given 100% credit for the entire order.
Pricing Policies - They do not accept insurance cards for
reimbursement for internet sales. They do however accept ALL insurance plans for
In-Store pick-up at Hock’s Vandalia Pharmacy. If you are a local resident and
want them to honor the price on their website, please print the page in which
the price appears and bring that with you to the pharmacy. If you do not bring
it with you, they will have no way of knowing what the price is that you saw.
They use a variety of ways to promote their website. Sometimes prices change
before the search engines or comparison shopping sites get their prices updated.
Therefore they will only honor the prices found directly on their website.
