Bufferin Tablet 130ct - Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer Uses For fast, temporary relief of headaches, minor arthritis pain and inflammation, muscular aches, pain and fever of colds, menstrual pain and toothaches. Directions Adults and children 12 years of age and over: 2 tablets with water every 4 hours while symptoms persist, not to exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours, or as directed by a doctor.
