Do not exceed 1 tablet in 12 hours, unless directed by a doctor. 12-65 year: take 1 tablet every 8 to 12 hours while symptoms persist. For the first dose you may take 2 tablets within the first hour. Do not take more than 2 tablets in any 8 to 12 hours, or 3 caplets in a 24 hour period. The smallest effective dose should be used. Under 12 years: ask a doctor. Warnings Allergy Alert: Naproxen sodium may cause a sever allergic reaction which may include: hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock.
