Directions Adults and Children 12 years and over: take 4 to 8 tablets with water every 4 hours, as needed, up to a maximum of 48 tablets per 24 hours or as directed by a doctor. Warnings Children and teenagers should not use this medicine for chicken pox or flu symptoms before a doctor is consulted about Reye Syndrome, a rare but serious illness reported to be associated with aspirin. Do not take this product for pain for more than 10 days or for fever for more than 3 days unless directed by a doctor.
