Directions Adults (12 years and over) - 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours. Maximum daily dose - 8 tablets. Children (6 to under 12 years) - 1 tablet every 4 hours. Maximum daily dose - 4 tablets. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a doctor. Warnings May cause marked drowsiness: alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase the drowsiness effect. With experience, some people may find that an initial dose of 2 tablets followed by 1 tablet 12 hours later, if necessary, will give better relief.
