Preparation H Cream .9oz - Hemorrhoidal Cream Uses Temporarily shrinks hemorrhoidal tissue and gives temporary relief of the itching, burning and discomfort associated with hemorrhoids. Directions Adults-When practical, cleanse the affected area by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing tissue. Gently dry by patting or blotting with toilet tissue or a soft cloth before application of this cream. Apply externally to the affected area up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning or after each bowel movement. Preparation H Cream is to be applied externally or in the lower portion of the anal canal only. The enclosed dispensing cap is designed to control dispersion of the cream to the affected area in the lower portion of the anal canal. Before applying, remove protective cover from dispensing cap. Attach dispensing cap to tube. Lubricate dispensing cap well, then gently insert cap part way into the anus. Thoroughly cleanse dispensing cap after each use and replace protective cover. Regular application and lubrication with Preparation H Cream provides continual therapy for relief of hemorrhoidal symptoms. Children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor. Warnings In case of bleeding or if condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days, consult a doctor promptly. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage unless directed by a doctor. Directions TO SECURE CHILD RESISTANT CAP: SCREW CAP ON TIGHTLY. THEN TURN CAP IN OPPOSITE DIRECTION. IF CLICKING SOUND IS NOT HEARD, REPEAT PROCEDURE. Adults: When practical, cleanse the affected area with mild soap and warm water and rinse thoroughly.
