DirectionsAdults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply a thin film of Zostrix-HP to affected area 3 to 4 times daily. For children under 2 years of age: Consult a physician. Application schedules of less than 3 to 4 times a day may not provide optimum pain relief and a burning sensation may persist. Unless treating hands, wash hands after application. See insert for more information. WarningsFor external use only. Do not bandage tightly. Avoid contact with eyes and broken or irritated skin. A burning sensation may occur upon application, but generally disappears in several days.
